Fill your 24 ounce bottle FIRST with water to the black mark indicated, and THEN put in the Virosan concentrate, and save yourself a lot of BUBBLING and FOAMING. First the Root Beer THEN the Ice Cream : ) 

On the left, pure Virosan concentrate, enough to make a full 24 ounce spray bottle.

Add a touch of water, and on the right, a PE Virosan "refill", which comes partially diluted, also enough to make a 24 ounce spray bottle.
