My order from Pro Exotics was delivered today and I am typing with one hand on the keyboard and the other on my PE-1.

The application for this device is actually winter paving that requires an aggregate surface temperature of 35F or a pavement temperature of 40F. Depending on conditions, the asphalt delivered must be 260F+. Concrete placement must be above freezing.

It is also fun to grab one of my wife's cats by the tail and take their temperature.

I just wanted to take a quick second to let you know what a GREAT product you have.  My son & I purchased one (PE-1) off of an eBay dealer this past week.  This thing is amazing.  My son (8 yrs old) and I keep various species of Geckos, Tree Frogs, Poison Dart Frogs, and soon a Ball Python.  Right now we're trying to regulate my son's new enclosure for his soon to be home for his first Ball Python.  The PE-1 is great for this since you have to set up a "warm" end and a "cool" end all in one enclosure.  This is GREAT!!!

I must tell you, the tempgun is the best thing ever created. My ball python was always having problems shedding, and I thought my temperatures were right. But I was wrong. My temperatures were way to high. Ever since I got the tempgun, none of my snakes have had a problem with temperature and/or shedding. Thanks for such a great tool.

I just received the black roughneck monitor today and I am completely satisfied!!!!! This has to be one of the best examples of black roughneck monitors I've seen, this baby was alert, beautiful, and completely parasite free. Just wanted to let you know how much I like the Virosan. We currently have 61 reptiles so we have a LOT of tanks! It also means that we do a lot of cleaning. And, with breeding season upon us, I expect the herp population (as well as the cleaning) to dramatically increase. I really like the fact that I can use Virosan in all my tanks and not have to worry about harming any of my pets, especially the more sensitive ones.

You won't believe the difference in temperature a couple of inches makes. You will find differences in temperature that your regular thermometer can't tell you, and you set up will be so much better. This is the best $40.00 you will spend on your uromastyx.

I purchased one of the PE Temp Guns at the Daytona show and its the best husbandry device I have ever purchased. I honestly do not know how I ever got along in the past without one. This is a GREAT product and a bargain at $35. I highly recommend to anyone here to get one if you haven't already.

...let me give you and everyone some advice, get a temp gun from Pro Exotics. It is essential. You wouldn't believe the temperature difference a couple of inches makes. differences you will not see with regular thermometers. I am not relying on the thermometers hanging on the side of the cage anymore. I thought everything was right till I got this temp gun and started taking readings all over the cage. I had to make some adjustments. I am not trying to sell these things for robyn, I don't know him but this will be the best $40.00 you spend on your Uro.

HI! I left you a message the other day to let you know that the animals arrived safely (as if there was any doubt), and are doing just great! They are gorgeous, and didn't even seem skittish enough to really "ball-up" the couple of times we had them out (once for a poo-cleaning, and once to feed). The female seems very outgoing (not to anthropomorphize, but for lack of a better word...) and has been exploratorily zooming around her new enclosure.

I wasn't sure the last time they were fed, but amazingly they BOTH took a thawed rat pup without hesitation last night! I was stoked that the switch from mice to rats for them might be that effortless for these two - your animals ROCK! I just wanted to drop a line and let you know how much I appreciated your devotion to customer service, even when things were getting a little wonky for me. You've won over yet another customer for life.

After reading about the Temp Gun on your web site I decided to purchase one. I received mine on Saturday and was shocked. I don't know how I got along for so long without one. I can pinpoint precise areas in my monitors tank where the temperatures are slightly off . It takes all the guess work out of setting up basking areas and areas where they need to cool off. Two weeks ago I received two of the best Boas I have ever owned. Robyn, I called and spoke to you several times and even though you were busy you took the time to answer all my questions. After I ordered my Albino and Anery Boas you would drop everything when I would call to check on their progress. I ordered them just after they were born and you would tell me each time I called what their progress was, eating live or frozen/thawed, & how many meals they have had. I have never dealt with such a professional. The snakes are in great shape and are very healthy. The Coral Albino is amazing and the Anery shed last week and looks wild. Thank you for the tempgun,it arrived only 7 days after I ordered it.Since I have had it I have used it alot,not only for my nitro engine but also at work.Because of the tempguns compact size on a race day I always have it in my pocket,(something you cannot easily do with normal handheld units).I found the manual funny,someone has a good sense of humour,although the tempgun is so easy and quick to use I didnot read the manual until after a few days of use.

I received my shipment of the digital thermometer, the hemostats, the virosan, and the aspen bedding as soon as I got home from school. I could'nt be any happier with my shipment. We received our shipment of the virosan, Black Knight and the temp gun yesterday. Everything was in good shape and I was more than happy with items. Can't believe we waited this long to by the temp gun. That thing is awesome!

I was looking through the pages and found out we had a Reptile Society Club in Panama City Beach which is near where I live. Anyway just came back from my first meeting and I took that ionides monitor I just got from you and you should have heard the oohs and ahhs. They asked where I got it and when I said I ordered it from PE a couple weeks ago all I heard was that that was the only place to get a great healthy monitor -every time. Your reputation is apparently the best.

I find the competition among breeders and dealers to sometimes be fierce and filled with friction. Rarely do I find another dealer/breeder that is 100% straightforward and honest as I have found with Robyn at Pro Exotics. We both acknowledge each others quality and find ourselves doing business amoungst ourselves. One group of animals stands out in my mind, the albino blood pythons that I received are GORGEOUS! I pride myself in being straight forward and honest, Robyn too is this type of person, no frills just great stuff. If the animal is of lesser quaility I feel that he would not sell it. I work seven days a week for over ten years, 24/7 reptiles, Robyn is doing the same, he loves the animals more than the people!
